- Noise sensitive areas S of airport. Pilots are required to use nbaa standard noise procs. Runway 18 departure VFR aircraft require departure turn heading 135 degrees with ATC apvl.
- When the control tower is closed activate MALSR runway 18; PAPI runway 18 & 36; HIRL runway 18/36 - CTAF. Mals runway 36 operates continuously.
