FLT stds recommends proponent estab and follow arrival and departure communications procedure W kgtf Class D ASP. All users must comply W 14 CFR 91.126,91.127 and/Or 91.129 as required. Proponent should RE-EXAMINE any new obstacle in the vicinity of approach/Departure paths on annual basis IAW AC 150/5390-2C.
