Remarks
- Clear side is split. Dalgt turned on when airfield is IFR.
- DUSK-2300. Airfield lights not available 2300-0700 hours.
- Civil trng LTD to low approach only; Touch-and-go landings not authorization.
- CEF is A JOINT-USE afld. IFR takeoff & landing minimum as prescribed by USAF REG apply.
- HVY VFR traffic below 10,000 ft along river & highway 5 NM southwest of afld.
- PAPI all runways prvd proper TCH for HGT GP4 aircraft only.
- Light: PAPI OFF DUR operate hour periods of no traffic.
- Restricted: after hours departure/Arrival 24 hour prior permission required notice 413-593-5543.
