Remarks
- Rotg beacon 1/8 NM north of ATCT.
- All aircraft arrival from N after 1800 will cross airport at 2500 ft enter traffic from the S.
- Extv copter traffic in the vicinity of airport.
- Practice apchs by NON-TENANT aircraft restricted and apvd contingent upon tenant aircraft activity hours of day and ETC.
- Prior permission required for full stop landing, prkg & for NON-TENANT aircraft use of wheeler AAF; Contact operations C808-771-1282, V456-1282.
- No transient aircraft service available.
- Night vision goggle training A311 500 ft & BLO from 1 hour after sunset through 1 hour before sunrise.
- Extremely noise sensitive area; Avoid overflight communities surrounding wheeler AFB.
- Caution - extreme caution sweeper on runway M-F 1500-1700Z.

- Caution: use CTN when taxiing on taxiway A; DO not taxi bhnd aircraft in PSN and hold on taxiway B, C, D, E, F due to rdcd rotor/Wingtip clearance available.

- Caution: mult tree obstruction hazard penetration runway 24 40:1 approach clearance surface slope OUT to 6000 ft (east side).
