- Tsnt pilots at GA ramp exit & RE-ENTER airport via pilot pedestrian gate ADJ to main term with posted gate lock combination. This gate is lighted with electronic surveillance 24 hours DLY.
- Arng: prior permission required for parking at the arng facility, 860-441-2918, DSN 636-0918 0630-1600L weekdays. Aircraft inbd to arng ramp contact blackjack operations (304.6) 10 minimum prior to landing for status of parking.
- Arng: general support FAC operate 1130-2100Z++ MON-FRI except HOL.
- Conditions not MNT from 1400 LCL to 0600 LCL, MON-SUN.
